Collection, modification and control of customer orders Tracking timely deliveries for our customers Collection and processing of complaints Answering customer requests to orders Communication with forwarding Monitoring delivery capacity Mutual representation in the team

Business training Professional experience in customer support or order acquisition Ideally SAP knowledge Good knowledge of Office programs Word and Excel Good knowledge of English Fun at work in the team
