Development of short-term and medium-term measures to secure and stabilise critical supply chains Implementation and control of a project management office for synchronizing interdisciplinary customer and consultant teams. Implementation of task forces and relocation projects Moderation of error analysis workshops Visualization of active chains and dependencies of connected control units Basic knowledge of software development processes in the automotive sector Support “Onboarding Process” and coaching new, innovative non-automotive suppliers Analysis, optimization and further development of processes, structures and methods in supplier management

Above-average successful degree, ideally incl. MBA or promotion More than 4 years of professional practice in purchasing with focus on supplier management, software, IT or in a management consultancy focusing on digitalization and process optimization in purchasing/supply chain Excellent team player with professional and authentic performance, as well as high self-motivation for cooperation in our agile and innovative consulting teams Several years of professional practice ideally in a management consultancy, the automotive industry, machine/plant construction or in another manufacturing industry focusing on purchasing Great interest in trends and new technologies Very good analytical ability and conceptual thinking Embossed customer and result orientation Structured and professional working An open, communicative, team-oriented and empathic personality Very good expression in German and English High readiness for travel in Germany and abroad
