You support your employees' individual strengths and actively support them in achieving their career goals You are looking for and finding the right candidates to further increase the quality of our work You are responsible for design, development, deployment and maintenance of our cloud services and are critically involved in the creation and validation of system designs and the operational performance of the services. You carry out code reviews and make sure that the code meets our requirements. Scalability, wartability and correctness correspond. You have a full understanding of the needs of your customers responsible for the technical vision of the product and make a significant contribution to the roadmap

You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject area You have already gained more than 5 years of experience in the development and implementation of software products You have more than 3 years of experience in a technical leadership position including monitoring of projects and have already had at least 2 years of personnel responsibility You have a strong problem-solving and communication capability You can communicate safely in German and English JOBV1_EN
