Team Leader Mechanical Assembly (m/f/d)

As a team leader in mechanical assembly (m/w/d), you are part of Optima Pharma Containment and contribute to the development of tailor-made insulators and other clean room technologies. In this responsible position, you control and coordinate your team in the assembly of our clean room systems. You take over the technical and disciplinary leadership of the team and carry out cross-site capacity and external personnel planning using planning tools. The professional qualification and further development of your employees promote you through targeted training, coaching and regular feedback talks. Also take part in regular shopfloor meetings. As a main contact partner, you control the interface to the management, the project management, construction, material management, HR and external service providers. With your professional expertise, you support your team in the assembly and bear the responsibility for the timely and high-quality completion of our systems. Continuous process optimizations of workflows actively lead you as a leader, mentor and motivator to increase efficiency. You ensure compliance with all relevant quality, safety and health requirements and actively promote a culture of safe and responsible work.

You have successfully completed a technical training with further training to the technician/master in the fields of mechanics or mechatronics. Ideally, you bring several years of professional experience in a similar leadership position as well as experience in pharmaceutical machine and plant engineering. You act responsibly, in partnership and within the meaning of the company. Your strong social, methodological and analytical skills will be applied safely to the implementation of corporate and project objectives. With your good knowledge of German and English, professional communication is possible both in the company and with our international customers.
