Implementation of customer research and market research results while supporting the development of digital innovations Continuous further development and improvement of the smoke alarm service from customer perspective, taking into account legal and liability-relevant requirements Concept development of customer-oriented solutions based on quantitative and qualitative data Planning and performance of usability tests with interactive prototypes to get customer feedback for possible optimizations Understanding customer needs within the individual steps along the customer journey to make digital touchpoints (new) Creation of service blueprints and ensuring feasibility throughout the development phase Identification of optimization potentials for customer acquisition and relationship related to our digital services And last but not least: take responsibility for the end-to-end design process and close cooperation with the Product Owns and technical architects together

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international team with fluent German and very good English skills Passion for thinking customer experience one step further – with the courage to question conventional ways of thinking in order to understand the core of a problem and to find better solutions A high level of emotional intelligence and empathy to understand the challenges of users and create complete user experiences The ability to translate customer needs in research into conceptual frameworks such as a value-proposition (value-response), customer journey maps and service blueprints Enthusiasm for innovation and digitization topics, trends and challenges around the end customer, in particular in the real estate industry Knowledge about concepts such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup and Lean UX as well as familiarity with principles of powerful agile teams Motivation and patience to coach and educate the members of the core business and to serve as a strong communicator in the application of new methods, perspectives and cutting-edge tools
