Project Management Assistant (m/f/d)

Commercial support in the handling of projects in the technical environment Creation and maintenance of project documents, overviews and evaluations (e.g. cost items, orders, invoices) Support for supply and order processes (e.g. storage, tracking, documentation) Auditing and preparation of invoices in cooperation with project management and accounting Support in the project controlling (Soll-Ist-Compensation, Work for Reports) Communication with internal interfaces (e.g. purchasing, accounting, controlling) and external partners as required General administrative tasks related to the project organisation

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification First professional experience in a commercial role, ideally with project reference (e.g. construction/technology/FM/engineering field) Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel Structured, careful operation and a good number comparison Teamwork and communication German in Word and Writing (min. C1)
