For a high-quality, large-scale office building in Mannheim, we are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking personality that reinvents rental: strategic, active and network-driven.

This role deliberately goes beyond classic brokerage – the focus is on the active construction of demand, the positioning of a premium set as well as the completion of large-volume deals.

Head of Leasing / Commercial Lead (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) – Premium Office Asset in Mannheim (Inhouse)

Total responsibility for the rental of a high-quality office building in Mannheim Development and implementation of a clear rental strategy at several of our locations (target groups, industry focus, positioning) Active address of companies (Industry, Consulting, Tech, Life Sciences etc.) at decision-making level Use and expand your existing network to identify and win potential tenants Structure and leadership of negotiations with large-scale renters Control and coordination of external brokerage houses and partners Development of innovative usage concepts (e.g. project areas, flexible office solutions, temporary large uses)

Multiannual experience in commercial real estate rental or B2B sales of products in need of declaration Detectable successes in the rental of larger areas or comparable complex deals Excellent network in relevant target groups (e.g. industry, consulting, tech, public) Strongly pronounced Hunter mentality: You do not wait for requests, but create active opportunities Sovereign appearance at C level as well as pronounced negotiation competence English in Word and Writing
