Senior Service Owner / IT Service Manager – ITSM (m/f/d)

In this position, you are responsible for the continuous development and professional management of our IT service management, as well as the organisation and assurance of the operational operation of a diversified IT service portfolio in the special IT department. These include our ITSM systems. Reliablely, you control the entire life cycle of “your” IT services – from commissioning to ongoing operation according to ITIL to the further development of the underlying systems and infrastructures. You control complex development projects using modern IT project management methods. You orchestrate internal stakeholders and external service providers, such as software providers, and ensure a high quality of the IT services provided. In addition, you will take care of operational scheduling, budget planning and resource planning, contract design in cooperation with other disciplines as well as compliance with service levels, compliance and IT security regulations (in particular ISO 27001). As an integral part of your service team, you coordinate the internal performance and operational operation together with the competent administrators, architects and other stakeholders. You are integrated into a team of experienced service managers and maintain a constructive exchange with the fields of plant operation, trade and system management.

You bring a degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration/BWL with a focus on IT or comparable training or professional experience, e.g. IT-Kaufmann (w/m/d). Certainly you have extensive professional experience in IT-Service Management (KRITIS), have profound, certified knowledge in ITIL 4 or ITIL 5 and experience in managing IT systems. You will be happy to learn about new topics and technologies, including systems developed specifically for TransnetBW with a correspondingly high specificity. Self-sufficient, analytical and solution-oriented approach your tasks, keep in mind the needs of stakeholders and team and communicate verbally and in writing professionally in negotiations-proof German and good English. You are fit to deal with MS Office, SAP and Power BI, quickly learn new things, are open to challenges and generally IT or software affinities.
