Practice instructor for outpatient care in Hanover (m/f/d)

Allow self-determination – directly in the home of our patients. You want to use your pedagogical know-how in a targeted manner and accompany trainees in their learning process – with time, structure and clear role? In the outpatient care, you take a central role in training as a practical guide and actively contribute to the quality and further development of our care service.

As a practical instruction in the outpatient service, you accompany trainees professionally, educationally and organizationally. You work closely with the training coordinator and the other practical managers, as well as with the operative team at the site and the nursing school, ensuring a structured, practical training in day care. Framework conditions: Place of use: Hahne Pflegedienst Hannover Buchholz, occasional support of the practical leaders at neighboring locations (e.g. holiday representation or compensation of peak times). Hours: Full time 40 hours a week, but also part-time is possible. For full-time: job share in the operative care as a nursing professional. Working time: -Instruction manual: A start of work from about 6 o'clock must be possible, but is not required daily. -Pflegfachkraft (only for full-time employment): Early service from 6:00 p.m., late service from 15:00 p.m. Exemption: -Full-time employment: 90 % for practical instructions, 10 % nursery . Part-time employment: < 36 hours a 100% exemption is possible. Payment: For a weekly working time of 40 hours, the monthly gross salary is between € 4,663,20 and € 4,851,12, depending on the experience.

Your tasks: Practical instructions: planning, implementation and documentation of the practical guidance of trainees in outpatient use. Training guidance: regular reflection talks, learning target checks and individual promotion of trainees. Quality & Standards: Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and internal training standards. Cooperation: Close coordination in the training team as well as with care service management, care team and cooperation partners. Further development: participation in the further development of training concepts and guidance structures.

Your profile: Qualification: Completed training as a nursing specialist as well as recognized training for practical instructions. Driving licence: EU driving licence of class B. Experience: professional experience in nursing, ideally in the outpatient area. Operation: Structured, responsible and independent. Educational understanding: Joy in guidance, knowledge transfer and accompaniment of learning processes.
