Solid Educational Background: A degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, or a comparable field of study. Leadership Experience: Several years of experience in functional or disciplinary leadership of interdisciplinary teams, combined with the ability to integrate, motivate, and guide highly qualified employees towards common goals. Engineering Expertise: Extensive practical experience in systems engineering, as well as in the technical leadership and development of complex products across multiple disciplines and system layers.
