Quality Assurance Manager (m/f/d)

From product design to sales to large and final customers, all threads run in our company headquarters in Münster. As Quality Assurance Manager (m/w/d) at SIENA GARDEN, you are responsible for carrying out various QM/QA activities and provide a regular exchange with our factories in Europe and Asia.

Quality Assurance: You are responsible for carrying out our QA activities. Travel activities: You regularly travel to the factories in Europe and Asia and provide a regular exchange. Optimization: You optimize the interaction of existing QM/QA instruments and increase their use. Compliance: You ensure compliance with product compliance by taking care of the creation and management of product requirements and verifying our products with all quality criteria. Product development: You support product development in terms of quality criteria. Project work: You are responsible for the project with deviations from product requirements. ESG: You are responsible for implementing ESG requirements and various other projects related to Quality Management.

Best condition: You have a crafts/technical training best with technician or master degree. Or a technically oriented degree with Bachelor degree Know-How: You already bring first professional experience in a comparable position in Quality Management / Quality Assurance and sound knowledge in the use of quality instruments. Readiness to travel: You are ready to travel to Europe and Asia as part of your activity. Language skills: You speak fluent German and you can easily communicate in English. Working: You bring a high level of willingness to use and an independent way of working.
