You create an appreciative atmosphere in the housing groups and work closely with parents, schools, authorities and therapists. You take administrative tasks and pay attention to compliance with legal requirements in child and youth assistance. You plan educational and leisure opportunities to promote important social and emotional skills. You keep an overview of budget, personnel and organization. You actively shape our quality management.

Experience in integration aid or in dealing with challenging clients an at least three-year, successfully completed training in a state-recognized commercial training profession as well as a nursing, social-care or social-pedagogical additional qualification or Completed university studies of social work, social pedagogy, psychology or social management, or a comparable degree of study as well as an additional economic qualification Comprehensive social knowledge (including SGB II, VIII, IX, XII) Documentation and planning strength Experience in leading position in the care area
