Key tasks

• Advising parents in matters of education, behaviour and development
• Family advice
• psychological advice on partnership, separation and divorce
• Interventions to stabilize mental crises
• Group offers for young people and for parents
• clarification of further aid needs and solder function
• professional activities in the psychosocial field (e.g. assessment of hazard risks according to § 8a SGB VIII as “insofar experienced specialist”)
• open preventive offers (e.g. in the context of social-spatial parenting and work with young people), public relations
• Cooperation with network partners especially in early aids, in the health system, in youth assistance and education

We expect

• additional qualification in a scientifically recognized psychotherapeutic method
• Experience in the social-spatial child and youth assistance or in the counselling of parents, young people and families
• knowledge of conflict and crisis management
• independent work, variety of methods and flexibility in the implementation of small therapeutic groups within the framework of youth assistance
• conceptual openness, e.g. in the context of inclusion and work with disadvantaged families
• Legal knowledge, especially in SGB VIII
• a sovereign handling of the MS Office products and new media, as well as the willingness to acquire knowledge on the specialist procedure SoPart
• good written and oral expressability in German
• a valid driving permit (class B) and the willingness to use your own passenger car
• Detection of immunity against measles (for applicants year 1971 and younger)
