Independent analysis of complex fault images on electronic measuring instruments and assemblies for series production failures. Systematic determination of fault causes at the circuit, component and software level by means of modern measurement and analysis methods. Professional repair and repair of assemblies, equipment and modules, including functional testing and final acceptance according to specification. Implementation of custom productions for customer-specific new equipment outside standard series production. Repair and restart of retoured customer or old equipment, including Cause Analysis and Quality Assessment. Documentation of all test results, repair steps and measurement results in comprehensible and auditable form. Close cooperation with development, quality assurance and production for feedback of improvement potentials. Responsibility for compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and ESD-compliant work.

Graduate in electrical engineering, ideally with deepening in the field of microelectronics/microsystem technology or training as an electronic (m/w/d) with several years of relevant professional experience Understanding analogue and digital circuits as well as safe handling of current schedules, circuit diagrams and layout data Safe handling of measuring and testing equipment such as oscilloscope, multimeter, signal generator or similar measuring technology Practical experience in handling soldering and reworking processes for SMD and THT components (possibly under the microscope) Very good knowledge of the analysis, troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuits and equipment Experience in manufacturing or repairing electronic measuring instruments or comparable products desirable Precise and comprehensible way of working with high quality orientation and sense of responsibility Good documentation capability, including measurement protocols and technical reports Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of technical documentation of advantage
