Project management and control of complex new building projects with focus TGA at Munich and internationally Project management for multidisciplinary reconstruction and rehabilitation measures Responsibility for dates, costs, overall coordination and quality of the respective construction projects Control and management of a project team with regard to human, monetary and technological resources Project planning, planning, calculation, execution and settlement of the responsible construction projects Ensuring sufficient resources internally or externally in cooperation with the expert teams Ensuring appropriate framework contractors for all construction works and planning assistance in coordination with purchasing Consistent control of external services – order tracking, monitoring and acceptance also of specialist work Planning and coordination of the use of internal departments, external engineering and consulting offices and service companies
