Production manager at the world market leader (m/f/d)

For our clients, a well-established and healthy national and international industrial company in Vogtland, we are currently looking for a production line (m/w/d). You are responsible for areas in the metalworking environment (cut, cutting, milling, CNC, etc.), maintenance and production control, with about 300 employees in the respective master areas.

We are looking for a standing, communicative leadership (m/w/d) with very good knowledge in modern process and production methods (e.g. LEAN, Shopfloor, KVP).

Total responsibility of production (including cutting, CNC, cutting, press) and maintenance Discipline and professional management of production and maintenance areas (approx. 350 MA, approx. 10 master areas) Planning, control and optimization of production, maintenance and assembly processes Ensuring a smooth production process and production-specific further development, especially in the metalworking sector Monitoring and further development of quality and safety standards Close cooperation with the management for the future orientation of production

Successfully completed technical training with further training as technician/master or technical studies Multiannual professional experience in the manufacturing industry in comparable, ideally in metalworking or mechanical engineering Outstanding leadership competence, enforcement and decision-making strength Good knowledge of the introduction and use of process and production methods (e.g. LEAN, Shopfloor, KVP) Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation combined communication strength
