Come on aboard! For our location in Lemwerder we are looking for a*n at the next time: Systemingenieur (m/w/d)

Your tasks • Your profile • What we offer

As Systemingenieuer (m/w/d), you develop a signature concept for overwater vehicles – boats and ships – based on the requirements of the contracting authority. To do this, you collect relevant information and define limit values for acoustic, infrared and electromagnetic signatures (Radar, Funk) in close cooperation with the relevant specialist departments. Analyses and simulations of radar cross section (RCS) perform with modern tools such as Ansys Electronics Desktop and derive sound assessments. A check of the construction specification ensures that all aspects of the ship signature are correctly mapped. The continuous maintenance of all signature-relevant data in the ERP and CAD system ensures transparency and traceability. In addition, you will support project managers in technical questions to clients, classification societies and authorities and will provide the necessary supplementary information on the specified services in due time. During the essential testing of the ships and boats – from the Factory Acceptance Test to the Harbour Acceptance Test to the Sea Acceptance Test – you are present on board as a competent respondent.

Complete study in the field of system technology, ship technology, communications technology, electrical engineering or comparable discipline Team and communication skills, especially for coordination with internal and external partners: Experience in dealing with the contracting authority is particularly welcome here A plus, no need: knowledge in applicable naval regulations, standards and standards Experience in analyses, simulations and calculations of radar cross section, RCS Interest in handling simulations and simulation applications Security check according to T2 or readiness to pass through them Ready for occasional missions
