Tasks:

• Self-programming on the machine according to drawing
• Bars, operation and monitoring of CNC machines,
• selection and assembly of tools, devices and equipment,
• monitoring and optimization of manufacturing processes in terms of quality, productivity and cost-effectiveness,
• Fairs, documentation,

Requirements

• Complete training in the metal industry as machining mechanic, industrial mechanic, etc.
• relevant professional experience in CNC milling in the manufacture of individual parts
• as far as possible knowledge controllers Shop Mill and Siemens 840 D
• solid drawing understanding
• Practical handling of measuring instruments
