Data and Geodata Manager (m/f/d)

To support our team in the Road Administration department, we are looking for you as a data and geodata manager (m/w/d).

Ensuring high data quality and optimal usability of digital data in road management as well as active participation of efficient digital processes Technical support and further development of the data systems used as well as technical support of the road management team in the daily handling of digital applications Research, evaluation and selection of suitable data sources and specialist applications (e.g. SIB-Bauwerke, GE-Office), including documentation of the results in a structured manual and transfer of knowledge to the team Consumption, testing and data protection compliant processing of internal and external data information requests and provision of the requested data in suitable formats Development of a concept for structured preparation, visualization and central storage of existing permits, burials and agreements in Tim-Geo as well as continuous maintenance and management of the datasets resulting therefrom Conception and construction of a remote management cataster according to TB‐LISAB, including coordination in the working group, development of a model of implementation based on best practice of other branches and continuous maintenance of the resulting data and process concept

Completed study of the fields of geomatics or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Professional experience in geodata processing and provision and experience in project coordination/management Experience in dealing with GIS-based specialist information systems as well as experience in public administration and in dealing with specialist authorities Knowledge and experience with proprietary and freely available GIS software packages (e.g. ArcGIS Pro, QGIS) and proprietary CAD software packages (e.g. RIB iTWO-Civil, Soficad) Knowledge of the FME Data Enterprise Integration Platform Software Knowledge of Geodata Infrastructure Germany (GDI-DE) Comparative level C1 Your personal strengths include: Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Embossed social and communicative competence Happy work in the team Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement
