Establishment of work and health management and advice and support for management and employees in matters of health and safety at work within the facility management Development, organisation and implementation of instructions and training in occupational and health protection through accident and health hazards for employees in the operational sector Consultation and support in the creation of risk assessments and operating instructions for operationally active employees Participation in workshops Adjustment of model operating instructions, support in the creation and, where appropriate, Call for operational instructions for complex plants or special hazards Participation in the planning, implementation and effectiveness of work protection measures Establishing and justifying the need for further training of employees Analysis of safety-related events and derivation of appropriate prevention measures Support in the selection and procurement of work equipment and personal protective equipment and instruction in their use Participation in regular meetings of the Work Protection Committee
