As a design engineer/CAD specialist (m/w/x) you are responsible for the optimization of the standards & methods in handling the CAD system and associated interfaces and construct complex mechatronic assemblies for electron microscopy.

Optimization and further development of new standards and methods in development with our CAD system and integration into SAP

Questions and transillumination of different interface connections of CAD and ERP data bases

Ensuring a process and integration landscape of CAD data for internal and external customers

active participation in the development of mechanical assemblies and system modules for electron microscopy in an interdisciplinary development team

transparent communication of development milestones and early integration of customers and external suppliers

completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, precision engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification

Professional experience in design with CAD systems (preferably Creo/Parametric and SolidWorks)

sound knowledge of the systemic process landscape in 2D/3D CAD and the interface to SAP

safe handling of CAD systems (preferably Creo/Parametric and SolidWorks) and MS Office

strong understanding of processes and standards, with the ability to actively drive and implement them

independent operation in solving challenges, including necessary interfaces to ensure a process and integration landscape for internal and external customers
