As an AI Governance Officer (m/w/d) at the Chief Data Office (CDO) - one of the most strategic functions of the Alliance - you can ensure that artificial intelligence is scaled in a consistent, transparent and sustainable manner. Whether EU AI Act, internal governance standards or AI business cases, you develop structures and processes that give our organization the framework to use AI responsibly. The focus is on the further development of AI governance, the management of the AI inventory and the professionalisation of company-wide reporting and controlling processes. You report to the Head of AI and the Chief Data Officer of Allianz Versicherungs-AG - actively shape this future!

This is what we expect as AI Governance Officer at the Chief Data Office (m/w/d) AI governance development: further development and implementation of policies, processes and standards around the EU AI Act and the Allianz Functional Rule of AI - with the aim of understanding, living and continuously improving them Process automation: Continuous improvement of operational governance processes and their automation, where meaningful Reporting & Controlling: Definition, documentation and communication of company-wide reporting and controlling processes (key performance indicators, reporting layouts) AI Inventory Management: Care and Control of the AI Inventory, including Transparency via AI-Use-Cases and their Business Cases Community Control: Control and Continuous Development of the AI Award Community Sparring & Consulting: Sparringspartner:in for AI governance topics for employees and teams, especially in integration into existing and new processes Stakeholder Management: Close cross-disciplinary cooperation with disciplines, IT, information security and data protection

As an AI Governance Officer at the Chief Data Office (m/w/d) Qualification: Very well completed studies of economics, economics or similar courses Professional experience: Extensive experience in project management, consulting or strategy development Regulatory Expertise & Certifications: Extensive knowledge of AI governance and regulatory requirements (e.g. Federal Financial Supervisory Agency, EU AI Act) & Certifications in the field of AI governance, e.g. knowledge in the ISO-42001 framework for AI management systems Tool competence: experience with AI governance processes and the associated tools such as OneTrust Communication strength & language skills: Strong communication and collaboration capabilities for effective coordination with risk functions such as law, information security and third party risk management, negotiation-proof German and good English skills Agile operation: experience in cooperation with Tribes and Product Teams in agile structures Mindset: Fun on regulatory issues and continuous development in a rapidly developing topic
