Continuous development of Identity & Access Management (IAM) for all hkk Online Services (App, Online Forms, ePA) in close coordination with the Product Owns of the Networked Systems and our IT Partner Drive the connection of external applications to online services to support the development of the digital ecosystem Representing interests to the IT service provider, prioritizing requirements and ensuring implementation – even in complex coordination processes Operational support and further development of the service app during ongoing operation Testing of releases and new functions in the service app, coordination of commissioning closely with the departments and ensuring stable operation Supporting the editorial process and independent adjustments in the app (e.g. content, JSON files) Identification of further development potentials in the app and the IAM as well as introduction in the form of specific requirements
