We're looking for someone who decides what it looks like. As a Managing Consultant (m/w/d), you will be rewarding how we think SuccessFactors at the customer, from best practices to methodology. Your tasks As a Managing Consultant (m/w/d), you take end-to-end responsibility and design the area with: You are responsible for (international) rollout projects end to end. Our customers are mostly medium-sized companies from DACH, who already use SuccessFactors and introduce further modules, across industries from food manufacturers to energy management. You control these rollouts at approximately ten locations around the world, keeps quality, governance and timetable together and meet the technical points between global template and local requirements. You run professionally. You conduct project teams, develop consultants and are professional lead, disciplinary leadership is possible, but no need. You advise top management at eye level and translate strategic HR targets into sustainable SuccessFactors roadmaps. You're shaping the area. You are actively promoting best practices, methods and standards in the SuccessFactors environment, shaping your blueprint as we work. You drive how we work with AI and your own solutions. KI's handicraft with us, not show. We standardize SuccessFactors projects with self-developed tools and build your own software, for example a prototype for your own compliance solution. You realize where we create added value beyond the standard, instead of “it can’t stop SuccessFactors. You develop solution designs and integration scenarios around SAP HCM and SuccessFactors and recognise new project and consulting potentials with the customer. That's what distinguishes you: Multiannual consulting experience (Richtwert 5+ Jahre) with SAP SuccessFactors, with a view to the overall picture of a HR system landscape. Detectable technical management of complex projects or project streams: You have managed teams, quality is responsible, and projects are held together even when it was tight. Security in dealing with decision-makers and HR management, you translate between strategic goal and feasible roadmap and also represents your recommendation against resistance. Very good German knowledge for secure communication with our customers as well as readiness for project-dependent customer appointments. Honestly, our results count more than the presentation at the meeting. We do not fail to get formal certificates, which you will get in the trial period if necessary. But what we really need is leadership experience in the project.
