Own management of your own building stock including tenant care and coordination of external service providers Regular object visits and traffic control with a high proportion of on-site terminals Organisation and implementation of the rental process: contracting, new rentals, visits and housing transfers Rent accounting including rental calculation, deposit management and new leases General assistance and administrative tasks

(m/w/d) or a comparable qualification with real estate, ideally with professional experience Safe handling of MS Office programs Embossed team and communication skills Self-conscious appearance and enforcement Structured, reliable and targeted operation Flexibility and high motivation Good knowledge of English or another foreign language
