Support and support of trainees in their professional and personal development. Cooperation with training establishments, vocational schools and other partners. Graduate (Diplom, Bachelor, Master) in Social Education, Social Work, Healing, Rehabilitation or Special Education Nationally accredited education professions (e.g. youth/heimer education, health education, work education) with relevant additional qualification and at least 3 years of professional experience Master, technician or specialist with training examination (AEVO) and at least 2 years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of leadership or training experience independent and independent operation Communication capability, analytical and problem-solving capability, organisational capacity, resilience comprehensive computer knowledge of common Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) Motivational, contact joy, creativity and team skills
