Food production: independent preparation of 4-course menus, à-la-carte meals and fresh buffets according to JUFA hotel guidelines Kitchen organization: development of new recipes, design of menu plans and introduction of professional know-how Quality assurance: Ensuring quality standards and strict implementation of hygiene regulations (HACCP) Teamwork: Operational support of the kitchen team and promotion of a professional working climate

Qualification: Completed cooking training (LAP) and ideally relevant professional experience Working methods: High flexibility, creativity and the demand for continuous professional development Personality: resilience, team skills and balanced and patient work Communication: Good knowledge of German and English for exchange in the international team

Fair remuneration: gross salary from € 2,800,– (based on full-time/40h). Your actual salary depends on qualifications and experience.
