Especially in the field of special medicine for children, the clinic has great expertise, focusing on the treatment and rehabilitation of children with neurological and orthopaedic diseases as well as malformations of extremities. The clinic is also the teaching hospital of LMU Munich and the PMU Salzburg. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a Chief Physician (m/w/d) for our Rehabilitation/International Medical Center. Your tasks – You can look forward to this Total medical responsibility: You assume the medical responsibility for patients, including diagnostics, therapy and aftercare, and ensure compliance with international medical standards. Leadership and team development: You lead, promote and develop a powerful medical team from doctors, nurses and other professionals and contribute to a positive, cooperative working environment. Interdisciplinary cooperation: You work closely with all disciplines within the centre and regularly participate in in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate patient and patient cases as well as treatment strategies. Education and training: You are responsible for the professional guidance and training of assistant physicians as well as medical personnel and promote professional development through training and further training. Budget and resource management: You ensure efficient use of the department's resources and actively contribute to budget planning and monitoring. Strategic development: You participate in the strategic development of the centre, identify new needs in the market and work closely with the hospital management and other administrative structures.

You have completed your specialist training in Physical and Rehabilitative Medicine (PRM) or in Internal Medicine with the additional name of Social Medicine. As a specialist in internal medicine, you have the complete spectrum of internalist diagnostics and provide a consistent service to the operational departments and the intensive care centres. You bring well-founded leadership experience and understand how to guide and motivate employees. You have very good knowledge of German and English as well as safe handling of the current MS Office applications. You like to work in the team, promote open communication and contribute to an appreciation of each other. You want to actively participate in the representation of our clinic inward and outward and contribute to a positive appearance.
