You guide employees professionally and disciplinefully, build a powerful project organization and continuously develop structures and processes along the project phases You are responsible for the overall management of the project, including planning, approval, construction, acceptance and quality, and bring it together in a consolidated programme perspective You are responsible for budgets, forecasts as well as cost and time controlling and actively manage risks You secure and audit-proof project execution and manage transparent reporting to management, shareholders and steering bodies
