You are the professional who brings the solution on site: Versatile refurbishment: You can restore buildings (from the house to the house) professionally – whether after damage or modernization. Mix from Nah & Fern: We have construction sites directly in the region as well as major projects throughout Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria and Hesse. Digital work: No sign chaos – Doku and time recording can be done efficiently via company phone via our “digital construction site”. Clear organization: You work hand in hand with our project managers who provide a structured preparation of the construction sites.

Craftsmanship: Complete training as painter/lacquerer, tile, dry-builder or multi-year experience as a professional. Flexibility: You like to work in the region, but you do not have a problem with occasional operations in southern Germany – of course with full payment of the driving time. Mobility: Class B licence is required. Setting: You work conscientiously, are reliable and have Bock on quality.

Driving time = working time: Whether at the construction site around the corner or further away – your entire travel time is paid as full working time. All inclusive on installation: Do you have to stay overnight? We take over the hotel costs and the legal expenses are on top. Fair payment: We pay for performance and on time. Responsibility and reliability are rewarded in the long term with wage increases. Monthly extra: €50 tax-free on your Edenred card (for tanks, shopping, food).
