In the Performance & Account Corrector department, you will ensure that contribution messages, contribution payments and performance claims are handled reliably and in accordance with the collective agreement. This gives you the basis for a high quality standard and a first-class support for our customers. Your tasks: You actively shape the future of the department and of SOKA-DACH, make informed decisions and contribute to a sustainable and economic orientation. You contribute to ensuring efficient and customer-oriented processes and continuously developing processes. The detachment and further development of IT systems will accompany you from the technical side. You support the department management in the extraction, management and further development of our employees and provide optimal team work with a predictive deployment planning. You help to further develop meaningful, target-group-oriented reporting and develop relevant key figures. You bring your know-how into internal or cross-departmental projects and working groups, drive changes and take responsibility for the successful implementation of important projects. You keep in mind legal, contractual and regulatory developments, assess their impact and translate the regulatory requirements in the department into practical solutions. Through your professional competence and binding appearance, you work with internal and external customers, including auditing, risk management, data protection and external audit bodies.

You have a successfully completed study of economics or a successfully completed commercial training with corresponding professional experience. Your capabilities in project and process management help you actively shape digital solutions and modern working methods. Knowledge of process modelling with BPMN 2.0 is advantageous. You already have leadership experience and understand how to motivate, develop and inspire people for common goals. With your authenticity, empathy and communication strength, you create confidence and promote constructive cooperation. You act in a solution-oriented manner and combine conceptual competence with a high service and result orientation.
