Support and direct cooperation of the Head of IT-Program Management in the planning, control and monitoring within the programme management to implement strategic and operational business objectives Coordination and integration of defined projects and initiatives within the programme taking into account dependencies and priorities Ensuring compliance with time, budget, quality and performance targets at programme level Implementation of program management standards, methods and governance structures taking into account customer-specific characteristics, their further development and feedback into the organization Resource and capacity management across projects Risk and escalation management at program level and close professional exchange with IT and Security departments

Complete study of computer science, business informatics, mathematics, engineering or a comparable MINT discipline, alternatively comparable relevant professional experience At least five years of practice in the IT environment, ideally in the fields of IT consulting, IT security, IT project management or cloud computing Knowledge of IT architecture, cloud technologies, IT service management or data protection (e.g. basic BSI protection, GDPR) Experience with Prompt Engineering and Process Automation Knowledge of administrative digitization (E-Government) desirable Diplomatic communication with internal and external stakeholders Flexibility, commitment, team spirit and readiness to travel
