You take over the management of service contracts and the supervision of our service-level agencies (SLA). You support Troubleshooting and troubleshooting. You carry out installations, updates, migrations and technical analyses – remotely or locally with our customers. You work with the design and development of custom customer solutions. You create technical documentation on customer-specific solutions and ensure quality and wartability. You regularly collect – remotely or locally – customer feedback, document feature requests and insights and work closely with the development teams on continuous product improvement.

You have a degree in computer science, economic informatics, technical computer science or comparable training. Through your experience in software engineering, you have built not only good expertise, but also a range of skills (databases, frameworks, tools and design patterns) in the field of software development. You are characterized by a high problem-solving competence and a high customer orientation. You can communicate and present well in both German and English. You bring the willingness to flexible working hours and regular travel to international customers (security authorities, military, civil intelligence services).
