Number: MER00049V5 In the field of product control for drive projects, we design the development of innovative drive systems for Mercedes-Benz Cars and Vans. Our Control Unit Product Projects Drive Systems coordinates and manages national and international engine projects and accompanies the transformation from conventional drives to future drive technologies. As part of the central project management, you will get exciting insights into the strategic project management of engine projects. You work closely with the areas of development, production, purchasing, quality, sales and business management and get to know the product development process from a comprehensive perspective. These challenges include: Support in the organisation, implementation and follow-up of project workshops and project management rounds Working with the creation and coordination of presentations for team, department, department and board levels Participation in the development and optimization of project processes Introduction of own ideas and suggestions for improvement in ongoing projects Support for special tasks and strategic issues within project management Cooperation with various specialist areas along the product development process The activity can begin from January 2027.

Study programme in the field of mechanical engineering, (economic)engineering, technical business management, business management or a comparable degree programme Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Secure handling of Microsoft 365, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel Engagement, initiative and team skills Analytical way of thinking and a structured and strategic way of working Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
