IT-SYSTEMADMINISTRATOR (M/W/D) Your tasks

• Central contact m/w/d) for all internal questions about software and hardware
• Administration of Office-365 applications and server environment as well as technical and technical advice from users
• Backup, installation, configuration and support of client work environments and provision of required software by the client management system Baramundi
• Management of local users, local mobile devices and local workplace environments according to Group Policy
• Ensuring the implementation of the IT guidelines of corporate IT
• Acceptance and processing of malfunctions within 1st and 2nd level support
• Priority, classification and documentation of incoming disruptions in a Trouble ticket system OTRS
• Monitoring, maintenance and development of network components such as firewall, routers, switches

Your profile

• Complete studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or comparable qualifications
• Long-standing experience in Windows domain environment, Windows server, Office 365, virtualization and networking
• Embossed experience in common Microsoft-365 applications
• Knowledge with mobile devices (iOS / Android)
• Experience in handling ITIL-compliant processes is desirable
• Network knowledge TCP/IP, WAN, LAN
• Experiences with databases and script languages
• Good English language skills in word and writing
