You take the professional leadership for the team in central processes of consolidated and consolidated reporting, secure IFRS consolidated figures and actively develop our consolidation landscape. You are responsible for the timely creation of consolidated financial data and contribute to the timely creation of audited quarterly and annual accounts according to IFRS. You carry out group consolidation in the relevant systems, ensure the professionally correct processing of the reporting data and is responsible for the creation and further development of the group capital flow accounting including the analysis of essential cash flow drivers. You opt for consolidation and reporting processes and implement regulatory and organisational changes. You define technical requirements for consolidation and reporting solutions and accompany their introduction and further development within the framework of transformation and digitization projects. You coordinate cooperation with local units around the world and act as a key player in complex accounting, consolidation and reporting issues. You analyze and judge challenging consolidation efforts, in particular capital consolidations, changes in participation, initial and deconsolidation, and accompany M&A transactions from a consolidation perspective.

You have a degree with a focus on accounting, audit or finance. You have several years of experience in financial reporting, in particular in consolidated and consolidated financial statements, ideally in an auditing company or in the consolidated accounting system of a listed company. You have a well-founded knowledge of IFRS and its application in consolidated accounting. You have experience in the professional leadership, coordination or guidance of employees or project teams and have the pleasure of communicating knowledge and developing colleagues professionally. You have experience in optimizing consolidation and reporting processes, as well as supporting transformation, system implementation and optimization projects in the finance environment. In addition, you have good user knowledge in consolidation, ERP and reporting systems as well as common MS Office applications. You can communicate in English and German. You work structured, analytically and with a high self-initiative.
