Responsibility and coordination of the timely planning, preparation and testing of energy bills of the electricity, gas, water, waste water, heat and cold sectors Optimization, further development and support of the billing team with the focus on standardization and digitization of billing systems and processes Support of management levels in specific questions on the core processes of the department Contact for colleagues within the department on complex, both technical and technical issues of billing Coordination and monitoring of internal teams and external service providers Initiation and optimization for standardization of billing processes and models Support in implementing regulatory requirements Support for release and change management to improve and further develop the accounting system Contact point for communication with special customers, business partners and internal stakeholders

Studies in business or management and/or completed commercial training Completed commercial vocational training Many years of experience in energy accounting Safe handling of the MS Office package, especially Excel and Word SAP IS-U knowledge desirable Structured, process-oriented and analytical thinking and working methods Good communication skills as well as strong team skills and commitment
