Expert (m|w|d) Foreign Trade Job ID 77961 | Location Heidenheim Your duties You tariff and classify the Voith products taking into account the current customs regulations. The processing of embargo workflows and ensuring compliance with legal requirements are your responsibility. Interne Partners from Purchasing, Order Processing and Logistics will be competently advised and supported by you on all issues of external economic and customs law. Together with the relevant IT colleagues, you will be able to support the improvement of bottlenecks and the development of new functionalities in the customs context. In addition, you integrate and update the customs processes in SAP4HANA and ensure their smooth implementation. Monitoring of import operations and ensuring proper handling are also part of your task. In addition, you accept the application to the Export Authority (BAFA) and accompany the process until completion. Your profile You have successfully completed your commercial training or your economic studies or similar. You have several years of relevant professional experience in a globally active company, especially in the field of import/export processing and ideally in the field of export control. Finding experience in dealing with authorities and/or regulatory audits will also help you. We require very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. A very safe handling of MS Office, SAP and Sharepoint solutions is desirable.
