Logistics and Commercial Property / Business Parks

As project manager Bau, you take over the technical control and implementation of logistics and commercial real estate projects within the business parks and accompany the projects from the early development phase to the realization. Supporting product development along the business development strategy Technical and constructional property testing within the framework of the project acquisition (Technical Due Diligence) Identification of technical and economic optimization potentials and further development of our project standards Management and control of planning processes from performance phase 0 (HOAI) together with architects and specialist planners Preparation of technical decision bases for internal bodies and for cities and municipalities Development of project-specific procurement strategies and support of the construction procurement processes Control and coordination of internal and external project participants Monitoring of construction firms with regard to costs, dates and quality Technical project control as well as control of projects in planning or construction Ensuring technical and economic project objectives Regular reporting on project status (costs, dates, risks)

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture, real estate management or comparable Multiannual experience in controlling construction or real estate projects Experience in cooperation with planners, construction companies and project participants Knowledge of the HOAI performance phases and the construction process Experience in the field of logistics, commercial or industrial real estate Structured mode of operation and pronounced communication and coordination capability Entrepreneurial thinking and interest in project development
