As part of our design team, you actively shape the digital future of Germany's leading news portal and ensure that our millions of users receive the best user experience every day. Development and implementation of UX/UI designs for our responsive portal incl. Apps for Android and iOS Ensuring consistent brand identity across all digital channels. Creation of Wireframes, Mockups and interactive prototypes to visualize new concepts Close cooperation with product managers, product owners, developers and editors to optimally implement user-centred solutions Development and maintenance of our design system for a consistent and scalable user experience Integration of personalization solutions and data-based UX optimizations Observe current UX/UI trends and innovative development of our digital products Accompanying product development from the first idea to the final release

Multiannual experience as a UX/UI designer, ideally in the digital news or media environment Safe handling of popular design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) Deep understanding of user-centric design, interaction concepts and usability principles Experience in cooperation with agile development teams Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic frontend technologies are beneficial Structured, analytical and independent operation Strong communicative skills and team spirit
