Tasks

• Examination of components provided for completeness and accuracy, incl. notification of deviations
• Mechanical machining of parts by grinding, polishing, deburring, bending and coating
• Sight and quality testing, also under microscope
• Reworking according to drawing How to cut thread and use Helicoil
• cleaning of components in an ultrasonic bath, subsequent drying and packaging
• Work with air and electric grinders and under protective gloves

Requirements

• Complete technical training, e.g. as a manufacturing mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable
• Multiannual technical experience or similar work environment
• Handicraft skill in handling filigree components
• Basic PC knowledge
• German Treatable (mind. C1), English Basics (mind. A2)
• A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is absolutely necessary
