Teamleiter IT Business Processes - Papier , Aalen (m/f/d)

In this role, you take responsibility for a five-person team and, together with your employees, ensure the optimal IT and process support of the paper and recycling business units within the Palm Group. You report to the newly created position IT leaders paper and packaging and play a central role in the further development of paper-related business processes, applications and IT solutions. The role adapts to the strategic orientation of Palm IT, which, in addition to a secure, standardized and efficient IT operation, pursues in particular the continuous optimization of the business processes by intelligent use of IT resources. You carry out and develop a five-member team in Paper Processes professionally and organizationally. You ensure the optimal IT support of the paper and recycling business units through stable applications, efficient processes and sustainable IT solutions. You analyze and optimize business processes and organizational structures, identify potential for improvement and derive concrete requirements together with the departments and IT. You are responsible for the care, development and standardization of the relevant applications, interfaces and IT solutions in the context of paper and recycling. You control projects, changes and process developments from the request intake to the conception to the successful implementation. You coordinate cooperation with departments, works, key users, business process owners, internal IT units and external service providers. You ensure transparency in priorities, resources, risks and progress as well as clear responsibilities, sustainable documentation and knowledge security.

You have completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification You have several years of relevant professional experience in IT-related process management, application management or IT project management. You bring experience in the professional or disciplinary leadership and development of employees. You have well-founded knowledge of industrial business processes, ideally in production, logistics, supply chain or ERP environments. Experience in the paper or recycling industry is advantageous. You have a good understanding of business applications, interfaces and IT operating processes and bring experience in request, project or IT service management. You combine technical understanding with pronounced process thinking, work structured and solution-oriented and understand how to mediate between disciplines, IT and management. You convince by communication strength, safe occurrence and a binding, independent way of working. You bring readiness to travel within the Palm Group (approximately 10–20 %) as well as excellent knowledge of German and good English.
