In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a technically experienced employee (m/w/d) from the fields of kitchen technology, electrical engineering, SHK or equipment service for the technical customer support in the interior service. You support our customers in selecting and identifying spare parts for professional kitchen and gastronomy equipment.

Technical advice and support of customers from gastronomy, specialist trade and service companies Support in the identification of spare parts for professional kitchen appliances, e.g. cooking technology / flushing technology / thermal engineering / cold technology Error analysis and support in fault diagnosis on large kitchen appliances Identification of suitable spare parts using spare parts catalogs, lists and technical drawings Processing of requests, offers and complaints Close cooperation with service, technology and sales

Completed technical training, e.g. electronic / electrician, mechatronic, service technician for large kitchen technology (m/w/d) Experience in the field of kitchen technology, gastronomy equipment or equipment service Technical understanding of electrical, mechanical and thermal systems Experience in fault diagnosis, maintenance or maintenance of equipment Safe handling of technical documentation, lists and spare parts catalogues Safe handling of current MS applications such as MS Word, PPT and Excel Ideally experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Navision) Joy of technical advice and customer contact Structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing (mind.
