Head of Project Engineering & Investments (m/f/d)

You plan and tax independently investment projects – from the idea to the successful implementation, always within the framework of approved budgets, sizes and timetables. Your investment proposals and decision documentation for management and the Executive Committee are clear, sound and convincing. The technical and economic assessment of projects is certainly under control. Your total cost estimates for CAPEX and life cycle costs are due. This gives you a solid basis for safe decisions. As an experienced project manager, you stay on the ball from project planning to project transfer and tax all internal stakeholders and our external service providers on joint project successes. Costs, timetables and quality are consistently in mind, you recognize deviations early and take appropriate measures to keep your projects on track. You ensure smooth commissioning and handover of completed projects to production and maintenance, including complete and accessible technical documentation. All this requires your leadership talents: disciplined for a small team of project engineers and as a leader for cross-functional project teams – with a clear focus on responsibility and mutual trust.

Completed engineering studies process engineering or comparable discipline. Multiannual experience in maintenance or in the project area of a production company. In the successful planning and implementation of investment projects. Experience in leadership and motivation and development of teams. Analytical thinking, cost awareness and target orientation. Safe handling of MS Office, SAP and good English skills in word and writing. Proactive, independent, assertive and an enthusiastic team player?Perfect!
