The following challenges await you at your new workplace: They shall be responsible for the further processing of approved or non-exclusive credit applications for consumers and non-consumers on the basis of the applicable processes and in compliance with the internal rules (e.g., credit manual) within the framework of the time requirements, i.e. the preparation and dispatch of the necessary credit and collateral contracts and other contractual agreements the security management and maintenance of collateral values ensuring easy-to-use transfer including Termination of follow-up processing (Team follow-up and stock business) the implementation of controls

They represent the team or the credit department in projects or working groups And of course, you also contribute to process optimization through active life of our continuous improvement process (KVP) actively live our customer and employee-oriented self-understanding in the area of credit

Who we wish: You have successfully completed a course of study for bank business/parkassenbetriebswirt or an equivalent training. You have knowledge of the contract design of commercial and real estate financing including the underlying legal framework (social and consumer law). You have knowledge of the associated credit protection right. Knowledge of the financing products of our credit partners (LBS, KfW, L-Bank etc.) as well as other financing partners (Bürgschaftsbank etc.) are desirable.
