You are responsible for the implementation and monitoring of receivable management in the area of legal payments. You will also take care of the correct booking of payment inputs. With expertise and empathy, you process the inquiries of our insured persons. You ensure availability during our telephone service hours and support our insurers in all matters relating to “legal payments”. You can also actively receive digital services and online services from BARMER. The correspondence with insured persons as well as with authorities or care offices is always legally secure and customer-oriented. As part of the customer contact, you make a valuable contribution to the acquisition of members.

You have completed training. Applications for candidates with training in public administration or healthcare are welcome. Knowledge in the field of statutory health insurance is advantageous, but no prerequisite. You are safe in handling the current MS Office applications and show willingness to learn to work into the used software. Understanding accounting processes and knowledge in handling SAP applications are advantageous. You also keep quiet in difficult situations. Their communication is empathic and convincing – so you represent both the interests of our insurers and those of BARMER with a fingertip feeling. With German knowledge on at least C1 level, you communicate safely and professionally in a German-speaking working environment.
