You lead the employees of the sales service team, structure all tasks in the team and perform professional and disciplinary. You are responsible for a smooth process and their further development. You are responsible for achieving the economic, qualitative and customer-oriented goals. You build customer contacts and maintain them. You create offers, tune them with the sales line and check them out. You will edit tenders. You coordinate the offers in terms of appointment. You process evaluations and statistics and are responsible for quality assurance.

You bring a completed vocational training to the merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification. You have experience in sales, customer service or controlling. You have experiences in the management and motivation of a multi-headed team of employees. You have good English skills and very good Excel and Access skills. You qualify above average customer orientation. You are characterised by organisation, analytic thinking, pronounced entrepreneurial thinking, and enforcing and conflicting ability.
