International Technical Project Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing large-scale technical projects in the international environment Developing concept recommendations as well as target group-oriented preparation of technical and economic relationships for customers and stakeholders Creation of project structure plans and detailed planning of resources, schedules and costs Development of technical project documents such as offers, specifications and order documents Implementation and documentation of changes including acceptance and transfer to customers and clients Monitoring the compliance of project-related parameters within the superordinate project landscape Reporting the project status to internal and external decision-makers Building and coordination of international project teams as well as professional leadership in compliance with time, quality and cost targets Analysis of project risks and development of appropriate risk mitigation measures Early detection of deviations and development of alternative solutions in close cooperation with the project team

Complete master's degree in engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in conducting technical projects, ideally with international focus leadership experience as well as safe handling of authorities, customers and testing institutions such as the TÜV Good basic business knowledge, especially in cost controlling Versified handling of MS Office and SAP Safe use of problem solving, moderation and presentation techniques German and English skills Embossed reliability, result orientation and strategic thinking High level of intercultural openness, flexibility and readiness to travel Experience in change management as well as a proactive, customer-oriented approach
