Production Planner Quantity Accountant (m/f/d)

For our long-term customer at Wilhelmshaven, we are looking for you in full time as a production planner (m/w/d) in order control.

Our client operates modern deep-water and envelope terminals for liquid and dry mass goods and ensures a smooth supply of industrial customers around the clock. The connection to distribution networks in the hinterland is made via pipelines, inland ships, trucks and trains. You work in a company with reliable structures and clear responsibilities. The team is set up in practice, decisions are made pragmatically and cooperation is actively lived. Planning and control of customer orders (ships, trains, tankers) taking into account product availability and technical conditions Operational and strategic processing planning Implementation of volume accounting and volume monitoring including Loss calculations Analysis and optimization of existing processes Implementation of shipping policies taking into account sales/customer requirements and economic aspects settlement of different customs formalities in compliance with country-specific and customer-specific regulations Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (travel, environment, security, customs) Creation and analysis of reports and ad hoc evaluations Development of qualified basis of decision

Complete studies, e.g. business engineering or BWL - ideally with focus on logistics / accounting / supply chain management Professional experience in an operating environment desirable (experience in tank storage or refinery operation of advantage) Safe handling of ERP and warehouse/logistics systems, ideally complemented by knowledge in quantity and energy accounting Very good analytical skills as well as a solution- and process-oriented operation Precise oral and written expression Impressed communication skills as well as team, customer and target orientation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Understanding security and compliance requirements (e.g. hazardous goods, customs) Ready to use outside normal core working hours
