We are looking for a Head of Finance & Controlling / Head of Finance (m/w/d) to be held directly or later.

The company develops and produces rail conveyors, driverless transport systems and pipe mail solutions for the internal transport of goods up to 500 kg.

Control controlling, budgeting, forecasting and reporting and create transparent management policy bases Develop a powerful, KPI-based control system and direct financial performance in a targeted manner Responsible for liquidity, working capital and financing Sovereigns Leading Banking and Financing Talks Create monthly, quarterly and annual accounts by HGB Develop an effective internal control system (IKS) and strengthen compliance and governance structures Digitalize financial processes, optimize existing processes and further develop the system landscape (ERP, reporting tools) Lead the Finance team with clarity and empathy Promote the further development of employees (m/w/d) and shape sustainable cultural change

Graduate in BWL / Finance / Controlling (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification You bring at least eight years of experience in the finance and controlling environment, of which several years in senior function You control HGB fixation, controlling methodology and financial analysis at a high level You have built up modern finance structures and successfully implemented digitization projects You lead teams with clarity, commitment and fingertip feeling You actively shape change processes and gain employees (m/w/d) through transparent communication
